Plots of land: This covers everything from Greenfield sites, previously developed Brownfield sites, difficult and refused sites and large side or rear garden sites to large plots of land with small buildings.
Buildings: Residential buildings including derelict properties and houses divided into flats, along with hotels, retail units and offices.
We are also interested in planning applications, which have been refused or may be in the process of appeal. We can transform a liability into a valuable asset and if Lancaster Homes purchases a property you introduce, we will reward you with a finder’s fee (subject to terms and conditions). If you already own the property we guarantee to purchase it at a premium above the considered open market value, as agreed by an independent Chartered Valuation Surveyor.
